Endemic growth in europe

We should not expect European growth to be similar to what we have experienced during the 30 glorious years. Since 2008, the slowdown in the economy is obvious. To the point where growth is not exceeding 2%. Taking into account inflation, this corresponds to stagnation if not to negative growth.
